IdahoRID reserves the right to cancel any hosted event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to low registration, presenter unavailability, or other situations beyond our control. In such cases, registered participants will be notified as soon as possible and will receive a full refund.

Registrant Cancellations:
If you are unable to attend an event for which you’ve registered, you may request a cancellation in writing.

Online and Hybrid Workshops

• Refunds will not be offered for any workshops that are recorded and available for viewing after the live session. 

In-person only workshops 

• 100% Refund offered for cancellations made more than 14 days prior to event
• 50% Refund offered for cancellations made less than 14 days prior to event
