The annual IdahoRID Business Meeting is open to everyone who is interested in learning more about our organization. We especially encourage our members to attend, as this is your opportunity to participate in the governance of our member-driven nonprofit.

The meeting will update members on IdahoRID's activities & finances, hear reports from the Board of Directors, vote on organization business, and help shape the future direction of the organization. Guests are welcome to attend and learn more about our work, while voting is reserved for eligible members.

A quorum of members is required to conduct official business. If we do not have enough voting members present, we may be unable to conduct business. Your attendance helps ensure we can move our work forward and continue serving members effectively.
